CPG, hardware products client is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to join their growing team!

This role will help design, implement, and monitor business programs and initiatives to support business segment growth.

The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for leading brand, channel, and product marketing initiatives in support of the overall segment strategic plan. Duties include:
- Support and execute segment growth strategies in collaboration with Finance, Sales, Global Supply, R&D, and all other functional areas
- Lead detailed project execution (project management) for new product introduction working collaboratively with engineering, sales, and supply chain associates
- Responsible for achieving key milestones in project execution including product launch date, margin, and sales goals
- Perform consumer research to gain insights into key value proposition drivers for segment products, while researching opportunities for new and innovative solutions
- Execute projects and key initiatives within targeted budget for sales, margin, direct costs for the assigned segment/line of business
- Analyze and manage revenue, cost, and margin for segment/line of business.
Manage product innovation and project prioritization efforts.
- Ensures that marketing and promotional strategies align with public relations

- 4 year college or university program certificate
- Master's degree preferred, not required
- 7-10+ years experience
- Ideal background in consumer goods, construction, architectural design, commercial side
- Project management experience related to new product introduction and a NPI milestone process
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to organize and lead cross functional teams to execute initiatives for new products, programs, trade, and promotional events
