Our healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team.

- Support the Legal and Regulatory (LAR) review process for multiple functions and franchises within Neuromodulation team
- Support the development and implementation of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) library
- Plan, organize, and manage internal and external resources to meet project goals and objectives while honoring project constraints
- Evaluate and modify, as appropriate, marketing operations systems or tools for continuous improvement
- Create, maintain, interpret, and recommend modifications and improvements to policies and procedures impacting Marketing
- Identify the need for, develop, and deliver training, as needed, to help others most effectively use and comply with marketing operational processes, systems, and tools.
- Track, analyze, and interpret metrics on operations initiatives, such as LAR performance, for continuous improvement
- LAR compliance audits related to the development and distribution of material
- Responsible for project kickoff/intake. Briefs team to ensure all assets connect back to determined strategy
- Develops schedules, systems and processes that maximize team members’ productivity
- Manages resource timelines, feedback and deliverables
- Oversees end-to-end production of various campaigns, assets and productions

- Experience in healthcare a plus
- Proficiency in Aprimo, Veeva Vault or similar a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Strong understanding of artwork and video specs
- Ability to review elements for tech spec disparities
