Our client, a leader in the development of global end to end marketing solutions is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team, full-time in the Stamford, CT.

The Senior Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
-Experience with international sourcing and procurement
-Strong experience in the print, packaging and promotional world
-Deliver best service to build key stakeholder relationships and implement growth within the U.S.
-Source and development promotional products domestically and internationally
-Meet and exceed revenue as well as client contract commitments
-Manage end-to-end point of sale requirements, from initial concept brief through to quotes, proof approvals, quality standards to successful delivery of all items
-Maintain day-to-day project management working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met
-Liaise daily with the client, external creative agencies and local and global suppliers, ensuring each product is developed to the brief
-Identify and resolve all issues related to customers and ensure customer service
-Ensure the team produces accurate RFPs for products based on technical specifications, pre-production samples and OTIF (on time in full) are met
-Ensure that the client sales and profit budget is exceeded and that all costs related to your team orders are strictly controlled
-Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge and identify opportunities to increase sales
-Develop market business plans by researching the customers and trends.
-Identify cross-selling opportunities
-Monitor competitor’s promotions and activities and share information with team members
-Analyze management information, financial and sales reports to ensure achievement of objectives and budget

The Senior Account Manager will have the following qualifications:
-Minimum 7 years of experience
-Must have prior promotional, packaging and sourcing experience
-Knowledge of the promotions and premium industry
-Extensive experience in engaging and influencing cross functionally, particularly across multiple client marketing / brand teams and internal supply chain teams
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong project management and presentation skills
-Problem solving and the ability to identify and clearly present solutions
-Experience working with both domestic and international supply base is preferred
-Proven experience in driving top-line revenue growth and margin enhancement is a plus!
