Our client, an up and coming beauty brand, is looking for a Digital Art Director to join their team full-time.

This is a full-time opportunity. You will be required to work in office (downtown Los Angeles) 2-3 times per week.

The ideal candidate is an expert in concepting and creating engaging content (static and video) for social media content and ads.

Responsibilities:
-Report to Creative Director
-Assist in leading a digital team in the creation of engaging video and static ads for paid marketing channels (primarily Facebook and Instagram) to drive revenue, conversions and KPI's
-Concept and art direct shoots for strong video content
-Work with marketing and project teams to build out monthly content calendars
-Stay up to date with trends and technologies
-Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
-5+ years or relevant experience
-Experience in video production required
-CPG, Direct Response, eCommerce, CPG, beauty/fashion, agency or media experience preferred
-Knowledge of photography, design, video and motion creation
-Ability to manage multiple creatives
-A start-up mindset and mentality
-Knowledge of medium buying, performance data and media highly preferred
