Our global CPG client has is in need of a Marketing Project Coordinator for 6 month, remote, 40 hour/week contract assignment starting in October.

The Marketing Project Coordinator will be communicating with all areas of Marketing and Brand Management department to help build budget allocation for each marketing category. They will assist these groups in identifying needs, building budget cases, and tracking all numbers and changes within Excel.

Marketing Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Collect marketing and budgeting data and needs from brand teams, input data specific platform, work closely with marketing teams to ensure no errors occur and answer all questions. Stick to timelines.
- Lead in collecting Decideware scopes shell requests for 2021 year across disciplines, coordinating with buyers to open.
- Lead manual collection and tracking of budget allocations and changes across all Brands.
- Lead in collection of budget vs. spend savings and share data to appropriate stakeholders.
- Lead in tracking changes and recording updates.

Marketing Project Coordinator Qualifications/Background:
- Education: Preferred – degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar.
- Experience: 2+ years of working experience.
- Excel expertise
- Ability to understand numbers
- Marketing knowledge/Expertise
- CPG/Retail experience
