Direct Response Copywriter - WFH during Covid-19

Agency client is seeking a Direct Response Copywriter.

In this role, you will be supporting the team on A/B testing of paid digital campaigns and landing pages.

Specifically, you will take the lead on developing copy for short-form, high performing, B2B direct response campaigns on paid social (i.e., Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), paid search, display, email and campaign landing pages. Your work will be a key creative element in ad experiences that are measured on bottom funnel KPIs such as CPA, Conversion Rate and ROI.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable partnering with the strategy and analytics teams to develop new ideas with data driven insights coming from consumer research, paid media performance and website analytics.

Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience with a focus on conversion copywriting in a fast paced, agency environment
- Understanding of how copy impacts the user journey, conversion and campaign performance metrics, and must be able to optimize as a result
- Ability to understand target audiences and craft copy tailored accordingly
- Familiarity with paid media channels and ad types
- Experience copywriting across digital channels
- Experience writing for B2B audiences

Key Responsibilities:
- Own all performance copy for customer journey touch points including direct response paid social media (i.e., Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, paid search, email, display campaigns and landing pages
- Work with cross functional internal teams to perform analytics and A/B test ideas to drive improvements
- Participate in developing user centered, data-driven content and communication strategies
