Our client is looking for an organized Marketing Coordinator to join their in-house team, full-time, onsite in New Jersey.

The Marketing Coordinator is actively involved in the creative process with focus on copywriting, supporting strategic marketing initiatives through digital media including, but not limited to: social media platforms, websites and the company blog.

The Marketing Coordinator cannot be overwhelmed easily and must be able to multitask. An understanding of our client's industry (we can fill you in!) will be crucial to know who is a vendor vs. who is a client etc. but they will entertain various backgrounds of 3+ years of experience.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Marketing Director to define, develop and implement marketing communication programs targeted to build brand awareness and generate leads for the sales team
• Develop marketing collateral to support the full sales cycle including: collateral introducing the firm, thought starter documents for discussions, proposals, case studies, and service offerings
• Manage Bid and Proposal process by working with Sales Leader to identify strategy and approach
• Create and modify proposals based on RFP requirements using marketing resources currently under development as part of a brand refresh
• Work with Marketing Director and Sales Leaders on strategy and approach for presentations to prospects and clients
• Work with Visual Designer to create materials using marketing resources currently under development for brand refresh
• Research, write, and edit content throughout the development of proposals and collateral to support meetings with C-level executives
• Brainstorm and present ideas and concepts with other members of the sales and marketing team; working through the development/editing process
• Establish and maintain a “consistent” corporate image throughout all promotional materials, products & services
• Develop and maintain accurate, current database of client and industry contacts for mailings
• Implementation and execution of corporate driven programs as delegated by the Director

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
• Education: B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Communications or English
• 3 + years of experience in working on B2B marketing deliverables
• High proficiency in all MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent grammar and writing skills, copywriting experience a plus
• Skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Highly effective at working independently or within a collaborative team setting
• Knowledge of target audiences, competition, and vertical markets
• Must be able to work overtime as required, including some evenings and weekends
