Our Technology company is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing Digital team!

This opportunity requires work on-site for a minimum of two days per week.

The ideal Social Media Manager has experience strategizing, managing, scheduling, growing and reporting on social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. You are the primary marketing point of contact for organic social media strategy and execution—developing and optimizing strategy, setting KPIs, identifying areas of opportunity and measuring success.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and YouTube, as well as our contribution to the corporate LinkedIn account
• Collaborate with digital marketing, brand marketing, event marketing and partner communities teams to develop organic social media strategy and content calendars that amplify the company brand
• Increase presence, activity and engagement on social channels and the employee advocacy platform
• Monitor community feedback in real time, maintaining brand voice in response to comments and direct messages
• Influence marketing teams to build organic campaigns that drive clear objectives
• Collaborate with digital and creative teams in the creation of organic social media posts
• Align with corporate communications and internal business units on a cohesive social media strategy across the organization


Social Media Manager Requirements:
• Hands-on experience growing and optimizing an organic social presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and more
• Analytical thinking and the ability to develop strategy, analyze audiences and identify areas of opportunity
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence others, drive forward ideas based on findings and champion change
• Intermediate knowledge of digital marketing metrics for analyzing and optimizing performance
• Intermediate Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel skill set
• Knowledge of social scheduling tools such as Meltwater
• Ability to make a significant contribution to processes and systems
• Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
• Minimum 3 years functional experience and at least one year of social media management experience
