Luxury beauty/skincare client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team. This is a freelance to full-time opportunity!

The ideal candidate lives and breathes social media. You come from a beauty, fashion, lifestyle and/or agency background!

-Report to the Director of PR
-Work with Social Media Strategist to develop promotional campaigns and day-to-day activities to optimize and monetize the brand
-Create, execute and manage the content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and more
-Conceptualize and collaborate with creative team to create compelling visuals to post on social channels
-Traffic and manage all creative assets needed for social posts for approvals prior to distribution
-Pull, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness/benchmarks for future optimization
-Manage and lead one Social Media Coordinator
-Other duties as assigned

-2+ years of relevant social media experience
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
-Luxury, beauty, fashion or agency experience
-Excellent written, verbal and copywriting skills
-Knowledge of Sprout Social and Google Analytics
-Strong understanding of SEO highly preferred
-Experience or desire to grow and manage a team
