Our client, a eCommerce D2C company, is looking for a Paid Search Buyer to join their team full time. This is a fully remote opportunity with a company that continues to grow and invest in their employees.

Experience creating and optimizing multiple Google Ads Accounts at scale is the top requirement for this job. If you haven't done this, this isn't the position for you!

As the Paid Search Buyer you will:
- Optimize ad accounts by building, iterating, and testing campaign types, ad copy, budgets, and bids in accounts to hit your spend and ROAS targets
- Experience building, connecting, optimizing, and troubleshooting data feeds in Google Merchant Center
- Fix account errors or warnings across Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
- Continuously meet revenue and ROAS targets for multiple clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot errors related to Google Ads
- Forecast future budgets and performance through a variety of analysis
- Communicate meaningful results to clients in weekly meetings/reports
- Communicate with teammates, working cross functionally, for a new understanding of data to help achieve your client’s business goals
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with your clients
- Bring valuable insights into meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles
- Approach brands with a 360 digital approach from customer acquisition through to customer retention

As the Paid Search Buyer you need:
- 2+ years Google Ads and Google Analytics
- 2+ years planning, developing, executing, & optimizing paid ad campaigns for eCommerce brands
- Expert in: Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Copywriting, Excel
- Strong ability to analyze data, make actionable decisions and recommendations
- Proficient in Google Ads Desktop Editor and ASANA
- Problem solver, calculated risk taker, understanding when to be hands on vs. strategic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Confident interpersonal communicator with the ability to hold others accountable and conduct difficult conversations
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks completing both short/long term goals
- High attention to detail while navigating processes, strategies, and goals
- Manage multiple client projects and demonstrate the ability to strategize to improve and grow accounts sustainably
