Our Healthcare client is looking for a Social Media & CRM Specialist for 40 hours/week with the possibility to go full time!

Social Media & CRM Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop and engage content for social media and email communications (3-4 posts per week on Facebook & Instagram) collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to form social media and email communications calendars
- Engage with users by responding to social media messages and comments on all platforms
- Assist with writing copy for socials/digital posts and email communication
- Support team with digital advertising efforts for seasonal busy times
- Pull and review analytics to produce high-level reports on key metrics for internal clients and executives
- Monitor industry trends for social media and email communication

Social Media & CRM Specialist Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience with Healthcare marketing and content development preferred
- Experience with social media management tools/resources (canva, reputation.com, SEM Rush, Salesforce)
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Twitter)
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines
