Our client focused on Wellness, is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join their team to lead new products in the Nutritional Space.

The ideal Senior Brand Manager will have go to market product marketing strategy experience from concept to counter within the nutritional space or for wellness/lifestyle brands.

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for the growth and profitability of all Nutritional Products and will be responsible for understanding the strategic vision of the organization and assisting in the alignment of the products to that vision.

Senior Brand Manager Responsibilities:
• Nutrition category expert that knows and understands the market and defines a growth plan to meet our objectives for the category and company.
• Define the product offering: Determine the degree of product breadth and product depth and decide what products to offer
• Expand the product line: Identify Innovation opportunities to drive incremental revenue by adding new products
• Manage, with supervision, all elements of marketing plan execution, including budget tracking, promotions, the development of collateral materials, sales and training guides, video production for new product launches, and any other elements identified within their respective category of responsibility
• Will regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales
• Ensure the appropriate Marketing efforts are in place for launch support education and training
• Cross-Functional management: Work with our sales / field development, supply chain, R&D and digital marketing departments
• Manages: Brand and Assistant Brand managers that support the product line
• As a leader of a purpose driven company you are a responsible for establishing personal social and environmental goals and ensuring each of your direct reports have individual social and environmental goals
• Be responsible for raising awareness of the company's commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and should actively participate in activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities

Senior Brand Manager Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in product management and experience with building and managing a team
Multimedia marketing experience preferred
• Strong marketing experience researching and recommending new product concepts (International marketing experience is highly desired)
• Ability to recommend unique positioning of products to support new product launches
• Is a critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and think through both tangible and intangible factors
• Must be able to help lead and influence the team to deliver
• Has a business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Exceptional at developing and leveraging individual team member talents and skills
• Effective in building the team
• Flexible, adaptive, and solutions oriented
