Media Coordinator - Awesome Entertainment Company - WFH during Covid-19

Leading entertainment client is looking for a Media Coordinator to work with their team. This is a 40 hr/week, freelance opportunity that lasts for 18 months!

The ideal candidate has over 1 year of experience working in media strategy in an agency and entertainment environment. You have experience with Airtable or other project management tools.

Responsibilities:
--Support the media team to execute media campaigns including URLs, QAing campaign deliverables, deadline tracking and more
-Track and manage purchase orders and ensure invoice reconciliation
-Manage records of media plans, insertion orders, team schedules, contracts and more
-Schedule internal and external partner meetings
-Creative and maintain campaign documentation (flowcharts, acquisition charts, media purchase authorizations, creative delivery charts, etc.)
-Develop campaign objectives and goals

Requirements:
-1+ year of relevant experience in media strategy
-Agency and entertainment experience highly preferred
-An understanding of paid media
-Experience with Airtable or other project management tools
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
