Our Landscape Design and Development client is looking for a Full Time Proposal and Presentation Specialist! This role will require going in-office in Irvine.

Proposal and Presentation Specialist Responsibilities:
- Create master proposal and presentation templates for new business pursuits to be used by sales team
- Customize proposals and presentations for each client including project managing production schedule, formulating themes and messaging, writing or editing content, and designing and packaging content
- Training new and existing sales team members on how to use proposal system and work with leadership to ensure compliance in quality and messaging
- Organizing presentation rehearsals and deliver feedback as needed
- Create packaging system of branded materials for proposals and presentations
- Create scorecard to measure proposal win percentage
- Write, maintain, and manage a library of project files, employee biographies, proposals, and presentations
- Work with marketing department to assist in maintaining a photography database
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Use templated materials to replace imagery depending on client, and write up content for proposals and presentations

Proposal and Presentation Specialist Requirements:
- Must have experience with Adobe PhotoShop and InDesign
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Outlook)
- Must have some graphic design experience
- Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is a huge plus!
- Well organized and extremely detail-oriented
- Experience with graphic design, copywriting, editing/proofreading, and excellent verban and communication skills
