Our CPG client who's products are for the production/TV/Film world is seeking a fulltime Event Coordinator with tradeshow experience to work onsite a few days a week.

This role is expected to travel to some of the tradeshow events throughout the year.

As the Event Coordinator you will:
- Manage bookings, logistics, and events for several brands under one umbrella
- Handle all moving parts related to events and shows: securing parking spaces, ordering swag, shirts, booth displays, booking speakers for panels,
- Ensure branding is consistent across all events
- Collaborate cross departmentally
- Drive interactions and engagements at events
- Network at events to develop strong relationships within the industry
- Identify marketing opportunities and suggest improvements helping innovate

As the Event Coordinator you need:
- 3+ years experience in trade show or event management
- Excellent time and project management
- Detail oriented with reliant tracking system
- Thorough communication skills with team members and vendors
- Go above and beyond simply booking venues and shipping materials - you're expected to contribute in fresh ways to the overall growth and success at events and for the brand as a whole
