Beauty brand is seeking an Assistant Project Manager focused on creative projects to work with their team! This will be a fulltime, freelance opportunity to could convert to fulltime for the right person.

Assistant Project Manager Duties:
- Assist in managing project intakes and build out project timelines that integrate workflows across teams including creative, marketing, e-commerce, and brand
- Own project management of three distinct channels (QVC, Social & Digital Ads) to ensure project deliverables and timelines align with goals
- Manage WorkFront requests and run weekly project timeline reports
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all creative needs are met
- Maintain and organize all samples, collateral and invoicing for creative photoshoots
- Handle internal image sharing updates and organization
- Assist with video production and logistics as needed

- 1-2+ years of project management or production experience, agency or high-volume experience preferred.
- Experience in beauty is a plus
- Proficient in G-Suite, MS Suite and experience using project management tools, WorkFront knowledge a plus
- Keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and don't get overwhelmed from multitasking or last-minute projects
