Corporate/healthcare client is looking for a Project/Marketing Coordinator to join their team full-time. This job is currently remote but will be required to come on-site for partial work in Long Beach.

The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented and has experience executing marketing programs in a membership organization.

Responsibilities:
-Work with small marketing team to develop marketing and communication deliverables
-Ensure all marketing collateral is up to brand standards
-Plan, develop and implement project schedules, deadlines and timelines
-Monitor and expedite production of deliverables
-Work with 3rd party vendors
-Traffic marketing and creative assets to various business units for approval
-Assist in development and production of membership assets including physical mailings, newsletters, etc.
-Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred
-3+ years of relevant marketing/project management experience
-Extremely detail oriented
-Understanding of healthcare or a regulatory field (pharma, education, financial, etc.) highly preferred
-Thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Must be OK with coming on-site a few days/week once office reopens
