Media Buyer - WFH Through Labor day then onsite in Brentwood 2 days per week

Our advertising agency client is looking for a Media Buyer to join their team!

The ideal candidate will have worked within all types of media buying including National DRTV, hybrid, local market, OTT, etc. at an agency.

- Negotiate and buy media for linear and OTT - monitoring buy maintenance i.e. inputting buys/IOs, revisions, reports, tracking pacing of impressions, optimizing to achieve goals and other performance tracking/maintenance
- Work within all types of buying - DRTV, hybrid, local market, OTT
- Implement plans and strategy
- Liaise between agency and vendors
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure client needs are being met and to provide details/updates about buys, vendors, and other info to help managers make good campaign decisions
- Stay updated on/understand marketplace trends, competitors, demographics etc.

- Relevant media buying experience in National DRTV, hybrid, local market, OTT, etc
- Experience managing vendor/station relationships and negotiating media buys
- Basic understanding of Media Math and the ability to build a buy when given goals such as TRPs, CPP, CPM, etc.
- Proficiency in Mediaocean is a plus
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Experience using media research tools like Kantar, Nielsen, Innovid and SRDS is a plus!
- This will be a fully remote position through Labor Day, then will require 2 days per week onsite in Brentwood
