Account Coordinator - WFH Flexible

Media agency is looking for an Account Coordinator to join their team full-time.

The ideal candidate has experience in a media or agency setting, a strong understanding of advertising and is an expert in Excel!

Responsibilities:
-Support 2 Account Directors
-Day-to-day point of contact for clients
-Manage campaign projects from client request to completion (including timelines, budgets, approvals, etc.)
-Update client trackers with notes, project deliverables, scheduling meetings, etc
-Coordinate and on-board new clients
-Analyze weekly performance data and share with cross functional teams
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree required
-1+ year of account/project management experience
-Experience with a media or advertising agency highly preferred
-Expert in MS Office (particularly Excel and Pivot Tables)
-Must be client facing
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
