Our media, technology and entertainment start-up client is looking for a Director of Marketing to join their team!

The Director of Marketing will work with the CEO and founders to lead the public launch of the company and it's content.

The ideal candidate has extensive digital marketing experience, launching/executing creative campaigns targeting Gen-z audience and a passion for Asian culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with the CEO and founders of the company, develop and execute the digital marketing and social strategies to ensure successful launch and brand awareness
- Establish and execute ongoing digital marketing strategies post-launch
- Create manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns, cultivating long lasting partnerships
- Create digital content for socials, with a heavy focus on video production/editing
- Serve as a key stake holder and team member, establishing the brand voice, driving impactful viewership to the content and building a truly engaged community.
- Own all paid media campaigns, driving audience growth and campaign performance

REQURIEMENTS:
- Extensive digital marketing experience launching/executing creative campaigns that generate awareness for show/TV/film/digital series launches
- Expertise in digital video and social media distribution across all social platforms
- Extensive influencer marketing experience.
- Ability to define and establish brand (creative/tone/voice) and consistency across all marketing collateral
- Proven track record of the ability to drive substantial organic audience growth
- Paid media experience
- A deep understanding of digital media and video metrics
- Ability to work with content/production teams to generate impactful content that resonates with an audience and drives engagement
- A passion for Asian culture and storytelling
