Our agency client is looking for a Paid Search Manager to join their team!

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing and optimizing the paid search campaigns across multiple accounts and platforms like social, native and display.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning the paid search operations of the organization, create and manage paid search campaigns across social, display and native platforms, from setup to QA
- Weekly reporting for paid campaigns
- Coordinate with creative, marketing and client teams on ideating creative assets for the campaigns and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and goals
- Conduct A/B and multivariate resting
- Analyze data to identify trends to identify creative trends and optimize campaigns
- Develop an end-to-end process that streamlines communication, campaign creation, approvals and reporting
- Work with designers and project managers to produce a creative process to promote a steady workflow

REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple accounts and a proven track record of increasing conversion and ROI
- Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Able to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on results
- Work well with a creative team to ideate creative assets for campaigns and communicate what is working/what isn't working
