Our agency client, a leader in the health/hospital system industry has continued to grow over the last year and is looking to add to their Account Manger and Account Supervisor team.

The ideal Account Manager/ Supervisor will be able to go onsite at least part time to work alongside the team (Metra accessible).

The Account Manager & Account Supervisor must have:
- 5+ years in a similar account role (Supervisor)
- 3+ years in a similar role (Manager)
- Agency experience, healthcare clients are a plus
- Client facing experience
- People management experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing & media ecosystem

The Account Manager & Account Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary contact for clients and developing / growing the relationship
- Collaborating internally on planning, creative and production to develop campaigns
- Working with media team on their strategies & analytics
- Managing team members (goal setting, performance reviews, mentoring)
- Managing annual clients budgets & projects
