Our association client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a couple years of experience to join their team on a part-time freelance basis.

***Will start at 20 hours a week and come November 1st will be 30-35 hours a week

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:
• Association experience preferred; marketing or advertising experience
• Marketing/Communications/Advertising background with sharp written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills, detail oriented, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the day-to-day marketing operations for the Consumer Advertising Campaign
• Collaborate with global agency partners by providing creative briefs and providing stakeholder feedback
• Works closely with Director of Brand Advertising to create a plan on managing projects from start to finish
• Draft promotional copy for various channels by audience
• Manage workflow and projects through clients internal systems (ie setting up JIRA tickets, passing files through to the appropriate team members)
• Assist in scheduling and developing meeting agendas, presentations, and conference reports/follow-ups
