Our UK based, B2B agency client is looking to build out a small team in Chicago and they need an Account Director who is a natural leader to help them do it!

**This role is remote now, with hopes of moving into a hybrid model in the future with flexibility

This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Director who is Strategic and thrives on building a team out from scratch

Account Director Must have skills:
+ B2B and Agency experience
+ Digital and/or Media experience
+ Strong leadership skills;Team builder
+ Strategic and Analytical experience
+ Flexibility to accommodate time zones

Account Director Responsibilities Include:
+ Client Leadership – Taking ownership for success and financial growth of 1-2 large B2B Clients.
+ Strategic Project delivery –present and develop recommendations grounded in data and sell strategic, innovative ideas that meet the client’s objectives.
+ End deliverables could include: content strategy & management, Paid media & social, User experience, Web design/development, SEO, User experience, MarTech
+ Managing, growing, and developing an Account Manager and Account Executive
+ Actively managing financial metric/ health of accounts.
+ Identifying and tracking opportunities for growth within existing client accounts
