Our client, a eCommerce D2C company, is looking for a Paid Social Manager to join their team full time.

This Paid Social Manager is responsible for:
- Oversee what Paid Social Buyer’s build and buy
- Oversee 5-6 direct reports - Paid Social Buyers
- Help strategy and creativity, offering advice on how to scale effectively
- Facilitate career and skill development in buyers team
- Testing new methods in building and buying Paid Social Buyer’s drive
- Build up the knowledge, skills and abilities Paid Social team will need to be successful
- Cultivate an ecosystem of learning around creative testing, platform challenges, and workflow management
- Train the team to actively be part of the solution to their overall Growth Team's success, Admission members and Expert Buyer clients
- Find ways of expanding platform tools and features across all paid social networks
- Staying on top of updates and educate your team accordingly
- Understand root cause effects and chain reactions in buyer journey
- Support the buyers help them problem solve and challenge normal solutions
- Lead growth and collaboration – sharing new tactics, and resources
- Act as the liaison between the various departments and the Paid Social Buyers
- Collaborate to implement companywide strategies or systems
- Act as the voice for the buyers team - communicate with executive management on the challenges and opportunities
- Lead and educate company in paid social strategy
- Create easily digestible leanings for people to share with clients and is always on the forefront of new tactics and strategies
- Consistently hire talented buyers and ensure that Growth Teams have quantity/quality buyers needed
- Assist in creating a smooth onboarding process and set clear expectations

This Paid Social Manager needs:
- 3 + years in digital marketing, required
- 2 + years in building and buying on platform, preferred.
- 1 + years managing a team, preferred
- Previous Facebook and Social Media optimization experienced, required (no exceptions)
- Competence in Asana, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Good Analytics and Dropbox.
- High EQ in developing relationships, building trust across teams
- Leaderships skills including good judgement, deliberation, decisiveness, and ability to provide guidance
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks completing short & long term goals
- Comfortable with calculated risks
