Our global client is seeking a Marketing Integration Director with 10 years of experience with Commercial and Marketing CPG experience for a direct-hire position starting in June.

The Marketing Integration Director will be leading two major active integration workstreams and responsible for coordinating, planning, problem solving and implementing all requirements to achieve integration across a single product line. A strong focus around global integration and partnership to help deliver growth and synergy commitments.

Marketing Integration Director main responsibilities:
- Evaluate and execute changes across marketing department to include marketing roles & responsibilities, to best position the organization to support the unique needs of the business.
- Implement immediate modifications to the New Product Development process to streamline handoffs and clarify roles & responsibilities.
- Partner with cross functional global leadership teams to assess and implement additional changes to the NPD process and systems to further improve agility and speed-to-market for the business.
- Lead the marketing teams to refine category brand portfolio strategies, conduct global brand positioning analysis and execution, and ensure brand globalization.
- Define, structure, and lead a marketing upskilling initiative within the global marketing organization.
- Provide strategic framework and strategic thought leadership to help each of the sub-category leaders refine and articulate their brand positioning and refine their brand libraries of supporting materials.
- Understand strategic business objectives, help assess needs across both legacy and acquired businesses, and provide direction and voice on integration objectives, planning, risks, and challenges for Marketing globally.

Required Skills and Experience:
- BA/ BS degree from a leading academic institution; MBA preferred
- Good working knowledge of key business processes(NPD, Go to Market, Quote to Cash, etc.)
- Strong business acumen
- English proficiency required; additional languages beneficial
- Experience within the US marketplace; global experience beneficial
- Experience leading cross-functional groups
- Strong drive and ability to influence indirectly to achieve results
