Our agency client in Los Angeles, is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager! This freelance opportunity starts as soon as April 2021.

This is a great opportunity for a Digital Campaign Manager with 2+ years of email deployment experience to work with a top notch agency!

The Digital Campaign Manager must be proficient in deploying and monitoring emails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and is knowledgeable in HTML, CSS (including HTML5 and CSS3), and AmpScript as well as
responsive design and coding practices.

Digital Campaign Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the campaign setup, implementation, management, tracking, deliverability and monitoring within the Campaign Management solution
- Partner with the strategy, client services, and decision sciences team to implement CRM life-cycle contact strategies (cadence and frequency of touch points)
- Manage data workflows using solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, or similar tools
- Generate and segment target audiences using SQL
- Plan, develop, & build automated journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (triggered & scheduled)
- Establish and maintain the deployment calendar
- Monitor campaign deployments and deliverability across ISPs
- Define and manage access and roles for internal teams and clients
- Manage the agency and client quality assurance rounds in conjunction with the QA department
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding results, deliverables and statuses of programs and initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related questions or concerns
- Create and update new/existing e-mail campaigns using templated HTML/CSS

Digital Campaign Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years in high-volume marketing campaign operations or management role
- Minimum 2 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, and/or Ad Studio experience a plus
- Proficiency with additional marketing campaign management platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Unica, Eloqua, Silverpop, and/or Marketo
- Intermediate-level SQL skills
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS (including HTML5 and CSS3), and AmpScript as well as responsive design and coding practices
- Experience with Litmus and/or Return Path, as well as experience with QA on mobile devices
