Agency is seeking a Director of Influencer Marketing to join their team and build out a small team.

Director of Influencer Marketing Responsibilities
- Identify/utilize influencers for both paid and earned opps
- Manage and execute campaigns from signed SOW to post-campaign reporting
- Oversee campaigns between clients and influencers, including negotiation, messaging, timely execution and optimizing strategy
- Create and execute project timelines and schedules
- Develop strong relationships with influencers
- Assist with outreach to talent agencies to partner with micro influencers
- Help with creative ideas, strategy, and research in response to pitches/proposal
- Lead client campaign calls
- Prepare reports and analyze performance

- Bachelor's Degree
- Must have agency experience and experience identifying and working with micro influencers
- 5-7 years of experience with influencer marketing
- Strong knowledgeable of all major social platforms
- Up-to-date on culture trends and innovations in social
- Presentation skills
- Passionate about Social Media, Influencer Marketing, with an emphasis on multicultural
- Proficient in Google Suite and Keynote
