Our construction client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team.

This role is onsite downtown Chicago. Ability to work remotely 1 day/week.

The Marketing Manager be the strategic liasion between marketing, sales and the VP's there to respond to RFP's (80%). Other part of role is to help their digital marketing efforts - SEO campaigns, content creation, blogs, emails, social and paid media. (20%)

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- working on RFPs
- Manage 1 designer and 1 content person
-Join client meetings/ walkthroughs to understand client/RFP asks
-Review proposals and work with marketing to understand what info is needed in RFP
-Provide direction to team on creation of RFP + make your own edits in InDesign.

The Marketing Manager could also:
-Help them create more lead gen opportunities through content/SEO campaigns, blogs, social, emails + paid media using Google Analytics/Adwords.

Ideal Marketing Manager will have:
-6+ years marketing experience - preferably in construction or another heavy RFP industry - commercial real estate, etc.
-Management experience
-Ability to manager multiple projects at once + prioritize
-Any Digital Marketing experience
