Lifestyle apparel brand is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to join their team full time and report to the Director of Brand Marketing.

Social Media & Influencer Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage social media content calendar and creative brief development aligning with marketing calendar
- Strategize, write copy for and manage content in accordance with calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, IGTV, etc. to drive brand awareness, acquisition, community growth and revenue
- Develop strategy for new social media platforms while continually evolving content to meet/exceed engagement, follower growth, impressions, reach, site traffic, revenue, etc.
- Oversee community management across all platforms and collaborate with Customer Service and Merchandise Team to share feedback and resolve customer/order complications
- Strategize, develop and manage ambassador and influencer programs to optimize quality of content, amplify campaigns, increase community growth/engagement and collaborate with Merch Team to share product feedback
- Identify, strategize and manage influencer gifting, partnerships and contracts
- In partnership with Director of Brand, curate engaging, meaningful influencer events and strategize untapped methods of influencer activations.
- Track social media and influencer budgets and payments
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media and influencer KPIs

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of social media and/or influencer experience
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Must have passion for all things related to social media
Knowledge of health care and/or medical communities not required, but preferred
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to engage audiences
- Desire to work in a startup and/or previous experience in a startup preferred
Ability to be both a self-starter and a team player, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Some proficiency in Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Ideal candidate is both analytical and creative
