Our fitness technology client is looking for a Growth / Digital Marketing Strategist to join their team!

You must have experience in Fitness, client won't consider otherwise.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with a start up in the fitness space and has in depth experience developing and executing digital marketing, influencer strategy, PR, and offline events.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a Marketing strategy with alignment from key Executive and Product stakeholders
- Shape the voice of the brand
- Oversee digital marketing efforts with our agency
- Establish influencer relationships with lifestyle and fitness influencers that have a genuine and authentic connection to our platform
- Utilize growth hacking techniques to increase platform subscribers
- Oversee social media accounts to drive growth and engagement
- Report on key ROI metrics

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Experience in online or offline fitness brands/groups classes — previous in-house brand experience is a plus
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the industry
- Culturally Informed — have your finger on the pulse when it comes to fitness, and can quickly identify new trends and areas of opportunity
- Excellent communication skills — value relationship-building both externally with partners and internally with key stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills — take autonomy and ownership of your work and adhere to timelines
- Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter who is able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Can-do attitude — driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast paced environment
