Musical Instruments Company is seeking a Motion Designer / Animator to join their team full time!

This is an offsite full time position until restrictions are lifted. Must be local to Los Angeles and comfortable eventually commuting to client's DTLA office.

Reporting to the Creative Video Director, you will be responsible for developing and designing animations and motion graphics as part of the global content team supporting the company social channels + sub brands.
- produce engaging and emotive creative content
- develop concepts and deliver high quality video content
- create 3D sculpts and assets from provided CAD files
- animate from CAD files or from 2D images

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling, texture, mapping digital animation, fonts, text treatments and more!

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Motion Design role
- Advanced proficiency in Premiere and After Effects
- Strong working knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Maya and Cinema 4D)
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom
- Ability to create visual content optimized for social
- Comfortable working in quick-turnaround environment
- Knowledge of music instruments a bonus!
