Our growing fintech client is hiring a CRM Manager in a full time capacity beginning as early as this month!

This opportunity is onsite downtown Chicago with flexibility to work from home depending on the candidate.

We are looking for a CRM Manager who will drive activation and retention of customers through email and other channels. As CRM Manager you will developing and maintaining CRM strategy.

CRM Manager Must Have Experience:
- financial services, tech and/or agency experience
- prior experience managing and setting up a customer journey
- international experience and the understanding that different streams will be required for varying locations

Pardot experience will put you at the top of the list!
Same with having an expert level with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

The CRM Manager will be responsible for:
- developing touchpoints for the customer through the application process
- setting up email best practices
- QA emails through CRM platforms
- analyzing data and make recommendations for activation & retention

This role will have no direct reports.
