Leading media company is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Video Streaming) to work with their team!
This is a long-term freelance engagement that will be remote for the foreseeable future. Once restrictions are lifted, you may be required to work from one of the following offices: West LA, San Jose or Salt Lake City Utah.
Working closely with the Media Platform team, you will be responsible for the project / program management of streaming content. Duties:
- serve as the program manager / ScrumMaster across a group of development teams
- initiate, plan and deliver effective programs in partnership with cross-function teams to ensure all aspects of the program are communicated
- partner with engineering and product development teams to enhance PMO skill application
- asses risks and opportunities to improve best practices
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role
- Minimum 2 years experience as a scrum master
- Background within streaming / entertainment huge plus!
- Must have experience working with technical team
- Familiar working in a Scrum environment
- Highly proficient within JIRA & Confluence
- CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP certifications a bonus!
- Video Streaming Stack, SaaS, IaaS knowledge a bonus!
