BRAND MANAGER - BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING PREFERRED
Our client in the CPG and brewing space is seeking a talented Brand Manager with omni-channel marketing experience to join their team on a full-time basis.
Ideal candidate will be bilingual in English / Spanish.
The Brand Manager duties:
- Oversee vision, mission, goals, and strategy for the brand
- Translate brand strategies into campaign plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor market trends, research consumers and competitors, and identify new opportunities
- Research new and innovate approaches to brand messaging
- Manage communication with internal stakeholder
- Determine best brand program strategies for each channel
- Liaise with cross functional departments and agencies
- Analyze ROI and manage program performance using metrics, budget analysis, etc.
The Brand Manager requirements:
- BA Degree required
- 5+ years experience in marketing or business
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytic skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience working in a large CPG company
- Beer / alcohol beverage industry knowledge preferred
- Understanding the selling process, retail environment, and distribution network
