Our technology client is seeking a UI/Visual Designer to join their growing team.
This will be remote, 40 hours per week, 3-6 months. This will convert to full time for the right fit.
70% Production
30% Research
As a Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from research and ideation to pushing pixels and communicating with engineers.
You will be expected to utilize your full range of UX design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
Responsibilities
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into products
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to ensure the quality of design
• Partner with PMs, engineers and researchers to align the business objectives with user goals
Preferred Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience designing and building applications for native mobile and responsive web
• Portfolio of interaction and visual design work
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams
• Understanding research methodologies and usability testing
