Our full service agency client is seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join their team on a fulltime basis.

The ideal Project Manager
• At least 3 years PM experience in any industry(Print/TV/Radio/Social, etc)
• Proven track-record managing large-scale projects or multiple short-term projects concurrently
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization – team members in different offices/time zones and/or complicated reporting and approval structure
• Retail/CPG experience would be a plus
• Positive and solutions-driven person with ability to think through crises without panic

The Project Manager will be tasked with
• Managing the deliverables on several projects for a big name brand. Projects could include: print, digital, TV, Social,
• Meet with agency and client to understand project scope, goals and performance metrics
• Develop, manage and update brand and campaign monthly and quarterly calendar(s), scheduling deadlines and budgets
• Manage client objectives, expectations and timelines
• Administer brand assets for internal/external customers
• Schedule and lead designated project meetings
• Monitor and assist with workflow (creative, TV, radio, print, digital, social and PR)
• Develop and manage weekly reporting and updates between agency and client
• Draft final project summary/reports and present to client
• Partner with brand team to ensure strategies/ brief execution are delivered on time and within budget
• Understand and contribute to staffing and scoping
• Contribute to the development of client proposals/quotes
