Our full service agency client is seeking a Agency Account Director with at least 7 years of experience and a entrepreneurial spirit to join their management team on a fulltime basis.

***This client will be working onsite in a hybrid model in the future

-B2B small agency experience
-Digital/CRM experience - work with the CRM manager to develop strategies
-Media experience - work with media partners on digital media / programmatic strategies
-Experience mentoring/Leading a team
-Strong client facing and presentation skills

Account Director Core Accountabilities
-Take the lead on a handful of automotive, manufacturing, B2B, industrial accounts, and some B2C as well
-Review client’s strategies and recommend improvements
-Campaign conceptual direction to ensure strategic marketing objectives remain in focus
-Lead a team of account coordinators and managers
-Review estimates/quotes to ensure budgets are met
-Review major media, PR plans, creative strategies
-Develop, track and report on client success and campaign performance metrics and KPIs
- Growth of accounts and the development/leading of account managers
- Deliver strategic marketing insights and develop strong bonds with clients, create CRM programs to acquire and retain customers, support key new business initiatives
-Writing marketing plans and creative briefs alike
