Our beauty client is seeking a Brand/Product Manager.

You will be expected to go onsite on a rotating schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Tuesday/Thursday.

You will report into the VP of Retail Marketing and will be responsible for managing all phases of development of new consumer products for a leading CPG cosmetic/beauty firm.

To be considered, you MUST have product development experience within the beauty space.

Brand/Product Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a key marketing/product development management role
- Strong background in product development and digital marketing
- Own the product development process from new product initiation to completion of production for all new product launches and reformulations
- Develop and execute brand digital and social media plan to support new product launch and brand development
- Work with retail marketing team to enhance brand content and retail account specific activities to drive top line revenue and bottom line profit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, retail marketing, operations, regulatory, and licensors) for product launch strategies and execution
- Manage license relationships including contract, business plan and product approval
- Develop a forward looking business strategy and product plan which defines market trends, opportunities and risks within the cosmetic/beauty category
- Develop and manage marketing product development schedules and ensure buy in from internal partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
