Our downtown association client is seeking for a Social Media Specialist with at least 3 years of experience managing social media channels to join their team on an ongoing freelance basis

Must have your own workstation/laptop

The ideal Social Media Specialist
+ Experience strategizing and optimizing organic, social, & paid media campaigns across digital channels.
+ Experience as a social listener would be a plus
+ Experience working with Google Ads Manager a plus

The Social Media Specialist will be tasked with:
+ Developing marketing content for social—both paid and organic. Run campaigns for various teams
+ Producing and creating engaging content to convey stories
+Developing social media content and marketing plans for specific channels
+ Working with subject manager experts from across the organization to create content for social medial channels/platforms
+ Creating reports, analyze data, and provide insights on social media campaigns and organic traffic
+ Maintaining content calendar and schedule including loading posts with Hootsuite
+ Assisting in the execution of paid social media campaigns+ Writing social media headlines and posts as needed
+ Copyediting and proofing graphics and video
