Beauty Company is seeking a Producer for an ongoing freelance to possible full time opportunity.
Working closely with the Head of Retail, you'll be responsible for building and delivering programming for the brand's new live-streaming channel!
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand the objectives and KPIs of content and identify the best production tools to achieve those
- Identify location of filming and format/execution of content
- Partner with SME and content creator on key data points for show
- Maintain show schedule, lead rehearsals and direct overall content/flow
- Direct the show during broadcast and determine any editing needs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in production of live content
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Highly detail oriented and collaborative as you will be working with cross functional teams + 3rd party vendors
- Strategic creative thinking to spearhead program concepts
- Understanding of target audiences and industry trends
- Passion for beauty / lifestyle space
