We have a unique opportunity for a Regional Director of Field Marketing to work for and represent one of the most beloved restaurant brands in the country!
This FULL-TIME opportunity in Baton Rouge starts as soon as this month.
A strong tie or connection to the Baton Rouge area is especially important to the success of this role.
The primary goal of the Regional Director of Field Marketing is the support and growth of 50+ restaurants across four states through a well-developed and well-executed marketing strategy.

Regional Director of Field Marketing Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years' relevant marketing experience
- Field marketing experience in multi-unit restaurant /retail environment
- Strong combination of sales, data, finance and brand acumen
- 50%+ day travel within Baton Rouge area
Regional Director of Field Marketing Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other regional leaders to evaluate appropriate support approach, expectations, frequency and execution of touchpoints for each restaurant
- Train new operators on restaurant marketing system
- Provide ongoing training on new/existing marketing initiatives and programs
- Enforce company brand standards and restaurant marketing philosophies across the region
- Develop and lead execution of complex regional marketing plans that include sales, customer, ROI and brand loyalty goals
- Establish and maintain local sponsor and partner relationships, negotiate contracts, implement assets and assess impact
- Lead team of area marketing leaders within region and enforce marketing operations goals/routines
- Recruit, hire and train exceptional area marketing leaders and marketing coordinators
- Influence regional support resources and priorities
