Our commercial real estate client is seeking a Graphic Designer for a remote, 40 hour/week freelance opportunity.
Graphic Designer Requirements:
- 2+ years experience within a similar role
- Experience designing websites, brochures, floor plans, advertising assets, postcards, proposals, presentations, press releases and more!
- Excellent print and digital design skills
- Strong sense of layout and typography
- Highly detail oriented and organized, must be able to effectively communicate with both internal teams and clients
- Basic project management, editing and writing skills required
- Able to make edits to local website if needed
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint and Word
