Our medical technology client is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to join their team.
They are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer who can do research, strategy, prototyping and visual execution and has experience working on complex projects/apps.
What Lead UX/UI Designer will be:
- Helping build the company's UX practice and standards
- Taking accountability for digital research, strategy and execution of new products and updated features/functionality to existing
- Working in an agile environment
- Defining and building guidelines and advising partners and vendors on technical, UX and visual issues
- Executing UX design, prototyping and testing for applications
- Working with and managing team of 2 designers
- Assisting with reporting and presentations to business partners
Lead UX/UI Designer Skills and experience:
- 6+ years' experience in a UX or Product Design role
- Background & education in digital design or HCI
- Extensive experience leading user research, discovery sessions and formulating reports and strategy
- Experience working on the full life cycle of complex, transactional products with extensive mobile experience
- Creative Cloud - Figma, Miro. Bonus: knowledge of testing tools - CrazyEgg, Usertesting, etc.
