eCommerce client is looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing team!

CRM Manager Responsibilities:
-Use data and customer understandings to test new segments (shopping/buying patterns, where customers come from etc.)
-Identify KPIs and create reports
-Develop retention strategies
-Plan CRM campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, content, referral and media channels) and use sales and promotional opportunities to drive conversion
-Identify opportunities for A/B tests
-Manage promotional calendars to engage new and current customers

CRM Manager Qualifications:
-5+ years CRM, email, retention and/or lifecycle marketing campaign experience
-Must have experience managing and mentoring a team
-Experience with segmentation, journey planning and A/B testing
-Experience working with Klaviyo, Sailthru, Iterable and/or other ESP's
-Loyalty and referral program experience a huge plus!
-Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS and XML
-Startup and/or eCommerce experience
