This is a contract to hire position with a well-known national product/consumer brand company! Flexible WFH hours and remote capability. Onsite hours in OC is preferred if possible.

•Produce fresh, innovative, and compelling digital content
•Conduct brainstorming sessions with our creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
•Work on design strategy and digital campaigns to integrate design with overall marketing approach
•Implement a hands-on approach across teams and projects to create a digital product with a look and feel that matches physical products
•Implement a standardized process for how we execute certain deliverables. **** This will entail heavy project management collaboration with our in-house project managers and corporate project managers in Boston
•Gain initial approval from our internal team as well as project managers and producers to get final approval from corporate branding and marketing
•At times – Integrate 2D and 3D animation and practical video into one finished compelling piece
•Collaborate with other creatives
•Oversee production and budget strategy

•4-6 years agency experience
•Really understand graphics and 3d artists – motion graphics or editing background a huge plus
•Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Wrike, or equivalent project management software
•Work well with others and have the ability to manage and collaborate with other creatives
•Proven experience creating digital campaigns that are optimized for all platforms and aspect ratios
•Exceptional conceptual thinking
•Excellent written, communication and verbal skills
•Ability to structure compelling presentations with a strong grasp of art and branding
•Ability to lead projects from briefing to execution, with a hands-on approach
•Experience with creating integrated content across various marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile
•Ability to multitask multiple projects with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
