Our Agency Client is looking for a Agency Account Manager to serve as the lead in developing and executing brand strategy and marketing plans for several accounts.

This role is:
- 30% Client Management
- 20% Project Management
- 50% Strategy

Agency Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee 2 - 4 clients
- Lead major projects and oversee marketing plan executions
- Collaborate with Brand Development team to establish strategic direction for a client's brand
- Drive the development of strategic planning documents and marketing strategy
- Initiate and oversee client research developed by Account Team
- Identify opportunities to add more value to client work/brands and serve as a leader in problem solving with client concerns as needed
- Mentor and teach jr teammates (Account Executive and Account Coordinator) on how to best translate client needs into project briefs and updates, including timeline, budget and strategic inputs
- Responsible for overall client budgets and oversight of monthly billing with an eye to profitability and accuracy across assigned clients. Organize and maintain Retainer billing structures for clients as needed
- Participate and/or lead in internal committees and new business pitches

Sr Account Executive Requirements:
- 4+ Years of Brand Management or Marketing Strategy Experience
- 2+ Years of Agency Experience
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
