Agency specializing in Creative, Advertising and Data Analytics is hiring a Director of Digital Strategy to join its team.

We are looking for someone with proven experience planning, developing and implementing overall digital strategies for existing clients as well as participating in new business efforts.

You'll be working with a variety of clients but the agency's current two flagship accounts are in the healthcare vertical.

Get ready to:
- Lead the development of social media and digital strategy
- Develop owned, earned and paid social media strategy
- Shape organic content, influencer engagements and advertising plans
- Set up and manage multi-channel paid social campaigns using varied audience targeting approaches
- Lead projects from kick off to completion as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Lead day-to-day client communications and foster strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders
- Define KPIs leveraging your strong knowledge of industry benchmarks and metrics standards
- Oversee the overall development of ongoing reporting and performance data, shaping strategic recommendations against campaign goals and objectives
- Oversee the development of new project proposals and estimates, as well as mange timelines, budget, in partnership with the project management team and partner with finance to oversee client billing
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for business growth, including partnership with integrated teams to build new business proposals

- Experience managing both projects and teams
- 10+ years of experience in communications, journalism, digital marketing, consulting, or similar
- Demonstration of success planning, managing and executing integrated marketing programs
- Strong understanding of the latest trends and technical implementation techniques in social media marketing
- Well-versed in Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter advertising
- Experience in Google Ads (certification preferred
- Experience developing content and executing campaigns across multiple social channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok
- Familiarity with digital tools, including: monitoring, influencer, campaign management and email marketing platforms.

- Strong experience working with healthcare clients OR clients within highly regulated spaces
- Experience with healthcare digital engagement platforms such as Sermo, Doximity or Medscape
- Experience with Brandwatch, Pulsar and Buzzsumo
- Experience with Sprinklr and Hootsuite
- Experience with Exact Target
