Senior Community Manager / Strategist - WFH during Covid-19

Technology Client is seeking a Senior Community Manager!

This is a remote freelance position with the opportunity to go full time for the right fit.

Working in tandem with the Marketing team, you'll work closely with the Social Media + Brand + Product team(s) to:

- Review hundreds of pieces of content per day to curate top selects
- Act as community advocate by communicating with platform users daily to gather feedback on platform
- Lead strategic planning for community outreach
- Become expert in company CRM tool and make suggestions for workflow efficiency and growth
- Develop new process for curating and disseminating content to key internal stakeholders + agency partners
- Develop community engagement data tracking system
- Build monthly + quarterly reports

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of partner relationship management experience (i.e. as Community Manager, etc.)
- Experience in Looker, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA & Confluence
- Asset management experience
- Experience working on global marketing team
- Finger on the pulse of culture
- Passion for social + emerging technologies
- Bonus if bilingual English / Spanish!
