Our online device client is looking for an Full Time Online Merchandiser to join their team for a growing business unit within their company.

This job is 100% remote!

This is a midlevel position and as the Online Merchandiser, you will report directly in to the VP of Marketing, and you will be responsible for display, assortment, cross/up-sell, new product presentation, online promotions, personalization, and all conversion optimization.

The ideal candidate 3+ years experience online merchandising as it relates to onsite search strategies on a portfolio of of digital products, websites and mobile to improve customer experience and drive overall performance and growth.

Responsibilities of the Online Merchandiser include:
-Developing and continuously optimizing onsite searches through brand & product storytelling
-Establishing quantitative segment/personas
-Servicing, stores/shop/collection definition
-Website merchandising across products/categories
-Improving findability and customer-facing experiences
-Recommending rules, thesaurus entries, redirects, etc
-Determine baseline metrics around onsite searches
-Analyzing customer data and testing to support merchandising roadmaps
-Implement tests, report out on results and make changes
-Monitor online search related activity including triggers, rules, biases, etc to analyze individual effectiveness
-Improving online experience by adjusting categoy and product level behaviors
-Identify onsite search tool improvements and opportunities

Requirement for the Online Merchandiser include:
-Managed a large amount product for onsite merchandising of digital products, websites and mobile
-Endeca or other similar software
-Google Analytics, Site Catalyst or similar tools
-A Bachelor's degree is required
